In this role, you'll be responsible for building relationships with homeowners and businesses, presenting our products and services, and driving company revenue through successful sales.Compensation:This position offers a 50/50/10 profit split compensation structure — rewarding you directly based on your performance and contribution to company profitability.Responsibilities:* Present and sell company roofing products and services to new and existing customers* Prospect and contact potential customers to generate new business* Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within specified deadlines* Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions* Schedule and attend follow-up appointments to ensure customer satisfaction* Develop customized sales materials and presentations for clients* Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM systemQualifications:* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field (roofing or construction sales preferred)* Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools* Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused* Ability to manage time effectively and work independentlyCompany DescriptionAt Reindeer Roofing, we prioritize our customers and their needs above all else.
