Our Dallas Fort Worth division is growing and hiring due to expansion, creating a rare opportunity to join a high-tenure sales organization.As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will run preset, qualified appointments, deliver a structured consultative presentation, configure pricing, and close premium window and door projects in the home.What You'll Do* Run pre set, qualified in home appointments with homeowners throughout the DFW metroplex* Deliver structured, consultative presentations on premium window and door solutions* Configure accurate project pricing and present same day investment options using digital tools* Guide homeowners through a one visit decision process and secure signed agreements when appropriate* Maintain disciplined pipeline activity and follow up using CRM systems* Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing skill developmentWhat's In It for You* W2 commission only role after training with uncapped earnings* Four weeks of paid training at $1,000 per week* On target earnings starting at $120K+ in year one, with most reps earning between $120K and $150K* Top performers exceed $300K with uncapped commission potential* Preset, qualified company generated leads* Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with profit sharing* Structured, technical sales process designed for high close rates* Premium product portfolio with strong brand recognitionWhat It Takes To Succeed* Proven success in consultative or high ticket sales* Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available* Comfortable driving daily throughout the DFW territory* Self-disciplined and motivated in a commission driven role* Strong learning agility for technical product and pricing systems* Proficiency with CRM platforms, tablets, and digital sales tools* Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle* Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle checksMore About PellaPella is a 100 year legacy brand with strong national recognition and a reputation for premium products and craftsmanship.
