Maintenance and Heavy Maintenance Worker

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Jazz Lebourgneuf, a friendly private seniors' residence, is currently seeking a part-time Maintenance and Heavy Maintenance Worker. Responsibilities include apartment renovations and resident requisitions, as well as other related tasks such as flooring installation, painting, and plastering. Schedule: 2 days/week
Salary: $23.71 to $24.02 per hour

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean entryways and common areas
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
• Supervise the maintenance of the equipment

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication
• No experience necessary
