OSEO Vaud is offering a position for a program manager X Semester of (SeMo). You will benefit from a permanent employment contract (CDI) with an activity rate of SeMo X in accordance with the labor market, as defined by the LACI, which contributes to the socio-professional reintegration of young adults by providing them with a springboard towards the main missions. As the sector manager, primarily undertake the pedagogical management of the SeMo (support participants in their monitoring, family interviews, exchanges and insights on the transitions of and with the network, assessment reports); Be part of the reference group system X; Manage the ARE (Job Search Assistance); Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and partners in the network (employment advisors, career counselors, social workers, case managers from T1 services, etc.); Ensure particular follow-up for participants presenting complex issues, verify the relevance of the measures, work with the network on solutions to be provided for those; Encourage and supervise internships in companies and ensure good outcomes; Maintain a follow-up journal for each participant and ensure monitoring; If necessary, guide young participants (ages) in their search for a professional role such as CFC or AFP, through individual coaching, advice on job search techniques, a skills portfolio approach, and support in finding and securing internships; Supervise participants in the steps related to their professional projects, based on their interests and skills, their achievements, the set objectives, and a differentiated and adapted follow-up; Organize and animate visits with partners, in the form of X meetings, conferences, etc.; Replace the sector manager during their absences, in line with their specifications (management and human resources management). What you need: A university degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of social sciences, human resource management, or equivalent; Experience in the field of socio-professional integration and vocational training; Experience with adolescents and young adults (monitoring, individual interviews, coaching, etc.); Good knowledge of the Swiss X system; Knowledge of the socio-economic fabric and labor market of the canton; A sense of organization and priority decision-making, as well as analytical and synthesis abilities; Leadership, flexibility, listening skills, autonomy, dynamism, and adaptability; Proficient in common software; A special extract from the criminal record will be required.
