SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring *Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) *for school-based positions for the 2025-2026 school year. *Responsibilities: *
* Whether providing direct therapy or conducting assessments, our clinicians ensure ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
* SLPs will conduct appropriate assessments, write comprehensive evaluation reports, and lead IEP meetings to develop goals in support of curricular standards.
* SLPAs will follow documented treatment plans, assist in creating service delivery schedules, and perform equipment maintenance under the guidance of a supervisor.
* Both roles involve consulting and collaborating with parents, teachers, and IEP teams while maintaining daily therapy logs and data collection to track student progress.
*Requirements:*
* Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP roles) or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program (for SLPA roles).
* Applicants must possess or be eligible for a current CA license or credential (SLP or SLPA).
* Fingerprint background clearance and Tuberculosis (TB) clearance are required for all school-based settings.
*Compensation:*
* SLP: $82,000 - $120,000 (based on school year calendar)
* SLPA: $43 - $53 per hour
\*Years of experience, specialties, and geographic regions are all considered when determining final offers.

Pay: $43.00 - $81.00 per hour
