Our Commercial Aircraft Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team. You will report to the Process Manager and work onsite during the 2nd shift in Elma, New York, a charming town known for its community spirit and beautiful landscapes.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED preferred. Alternatively, candidates must demonstrate the ability to understand and apply all verbal, written, and computer work instructions or training in English, along with the ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
* At least 3 years of experience in a related technical field.
* Compliance with Federal Aviation Agency (F.A.A.) regulations for Safety Sensitive Work (S.S.W.) is mandatory, including enrollment in the company’s "F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program".
Responsibilities
* Perform assembly activities using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment and specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging, and torque mechanisms to meet build requirements.
* Work from drawings, work instructions, parts lists, or other instructions and provide written communication defining performance results and situational circumstances.
* Conduct operational tests of finished products on high precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment, fixtures, and tools.
* Diagnose test failures and assess hardware conditions to provide recommended rework instructions and configuration changes.
* Perform daily administrative responsibilities to support overall operations.

Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour
