This position involves significant physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and/or pick sheets.
- Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated staging or packing areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Practice safe lifting and material handling techniques.
- Meet or exceed picking productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics department.
