Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure correctness.
- Pack items securely and safely for transit, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Operate scanning equipment and other tools to support the picking and packing process.
- Follow all guidelines for lifting and material handling to prevent injuries.
- Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment targets for our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are critical. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Understanding of warehouse safety best practices is essential.
