Join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. This position is essential to our logistics network, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You will work with a variety of products and technologies, contributing to the seamless flow of goods through our state-of-the-art facility. A strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety is paramount. We foster a collaborative environment where every team member's contribution is valued.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for carrier pickup, including labeling and staging.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and carts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational objectives.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
