We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist for our warehouse in Denver, Colorado. This role is integral to the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management, directly impacting our logistics performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigation. You will play a key role in maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and implementing best practices in inventory management. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with inventory data. You will collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate receiving, put-away, and picking processes. While this role is largely analytical, some physical tasks are involved, including the potential for lifting up to 30 pounds. Maintaining a secure and safe warehouse environment is paramount. Compliance with all company safety policies and the appropriate use of PPE are required at all times. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly preferred. The ability to interpret inventory reports and make data-driven decisions is crucial. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is proactive and committed to accuracy. Responsibilities include conducting regular physical inventory audits, managing inventory adjustments, identifying and resolving stock discrepancies, implementing process improvements for inventory accuracy, and providing regular reports on inventory status.
