Responsibilities include organizing stock, fulfilling orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facility. A strong commitment to Safety is non-negotiable; you will be required to follow all established safety regulations and utilize the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves regular physical activity, including significant Lifting of products, so a good level of fitness is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies, procedures, and use of PPE.
- Load and unload freight with care and efficiency.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns promptly.
- Support the overall logistics operations and team goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding handling and storage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience highly desirable.
- Proven ability to perform sustained Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and procedures.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to wear assigned PPE and follow all Safety directives.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics principles is a plus.
