We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Clerk to manage and maintain accurate inventory records at our Minneapolis, Minnesota facility. This vital role ensures that our stock levels are precise, which is critical for efficient logistics and timely order fulfillment. Key duties include conducting cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, performing data entry into our inventory management system, and investigating stockroom issues. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the stockroom to ensure easy access and prevent loss. A strong understanding of inventory control procedures and best practices is essential. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Adherence to strict safety regulations and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are required at all times. The role involves regular lifting of items up to 40 pounds, extensive walking, and standing. Familiarity with warehouse management software is highly desirable.
