Job Summary:
We are hiring an Inventory Control Specialist in Durham, North Carolina. This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing procedures to maintain optimal inventory accuracy. Your work will directly support our logistics and fulfillment operations, ensuring that we have the right products available at the right time. A strong commitment to Safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is paramount. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for detail-oriented individuals. Responsibilities include:
  • Performing regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Implementing and improving inventory control procedures.
  • Monitoring stock levels and identifying low stock items.
  • Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records in the WMS.
  • Ensuring adherence to all Safety regulations.
The ability to perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting is necessary. Experience with inventory management systems and a background in logistics or warehouse operations are highly desirable.
