Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant team in San Antonio, Texas. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient processing and dispatch of orders. Your duties will encompass receiving goods, accurate picking and packing of items, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Inspect picked items for any damage or discrepancies.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
  • Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Follow all company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
