Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in designated locations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and material handling devices.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics supply chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50-75 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and material handling.
- Understanding of logistics principles and inventory management.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to warehouse operations.
