Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against orders.
- Stock shelves and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, if trained and certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting and material handling.
- Support overall warehouse logistics and collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Understanding of general logistics and warehouse operations.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.
