Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting and movement of goods.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the warehouse team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and moderate Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Good work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Understanding of general logistics operations.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
