We are seeking dedicated and energetic Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders to ensure timely and correct shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be critical to our operational success. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a scanner or pick list.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Be prepared for tasks involving moderate Lifting of packages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and pick lists.
- Basic math skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
