We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our busy facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks critical to our logistics operations, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to handle physical tasks, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure that our warehouse runs smoothly and that customer orders are processed accurately and on time. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential. We provide on-the-job training and emphasize safety, requiring the use of appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise into appropriate storage locations.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety concerns.
- Support various warehouse functions as needed to ensure efficient logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety and logistics principles.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and perform various tasks.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing PPE.
