Job Summary:
Join our dynamic logistics team in Dallas, Texas, as a Picker/Packer! We are searching for motivated individuals to accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring that our customers receive their items correctly and in a timely manner. Responsibilities include navigating the warehouse to locate products, using scanning technology to record picks, and carefully packing items into appropriate containers. The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working closely with other warehouse associates to ensure smooth order fulfillment processes. Frequent lifting of items, up to 40 lbs, is expected as part of the daily tasks. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all employees must strictly follow safety procedures and wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses and work gloves. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on order details.
  • Utilize RF scanners to track picks and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
  • Pack orders securely using appropriate materials and methods.
  • Label packages clearly and accurately for shipping.
  • Stage completed orders for pickup by the shipping team.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work station and surrounding area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
