We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our busy facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This is a vital position within our logistics chain, ensuring that products reach our customers accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and possesses good physical stamina. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be able to follow instructions precisely. Regular lifting of items, often up to 50 lbs, is a key requirement of this role. Safety is paramount in our warehouse, and all associates are required to strictly follow safety protocols and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots. We foster a strong team culture and expect all members to contribute positively to maintaining a safe and productive workplace. Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Contribute to inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Meet performance expectations related to productivity and accuracy.
