Our Jacksonville, Florida, fulfillment center is seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks crucial to the efficient processing and shipment of customer orders. This includes picking items, packing them securely, labeling packages, and staging them for outgoing delivery. Your role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a dedication to maintaining a high level of productivity. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle physical tasks including significant Lifting , and consistently adhere to all company Safety regulations. Proper use of PPE is mandatory. Understanding the flow of goods within our Logistics network and contributing to its efficiency is key. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves for customer orders.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Apply shipping labels and other required documentation.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear required PPE consistently, including safety footwear.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties such as receiving or put-away, involving manual Lifting .
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability for heavy Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Willingness to wear and maintain all required PPE .
- Understanding of basic Logistics and warehouse operations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
