We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in our busy Columbus, Ohio facility! This role is fundamental to our e-commerce operations, focusing on processing orders with speed and accuracy. Key duties include picking items from warehouse shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and labeling packages correctly. You will also assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting productivity targets. As part of our logistics team, you’ll contribute directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly. We pride ourselves on a safe and supportive workplace. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our processes and equipment. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount. The successful candidate will be a team player, able to follow instructions, and willing to contribute to a positive team dynamic.
