As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role requires a high level of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your contributions are key to ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining customer satisfaction. We emphasize a safe working environment and provide all necessary training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a leading logistics company.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists or digital scanners.
- Verify product information, quantities, and quality before picking.
- Package picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks or hand trucks as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with orders or inventory immediately.
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Understand and follow warehouse operational procedures.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
