Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Store materials in designated locations within the warehouse, maintaining organization.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and proficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials for outgoing shipments.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and logistics best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet operational goals.
  • Properly use and maintain all required PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating various material handling equipment.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and logistics operations.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
