Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store materials using appropriate equipment.
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse to designated locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipping.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (with certification).
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Ensure materials are handled safely to prevent damage or injury.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize material flow and logistics.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Ability to operate various types of material handling equipment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Physical stamina for manual labor, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills.
  • Commitment to wearing required PPE and maintaining a safe workplace.
