Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida is seeking individuals to assist organizations participating in the Summer Lunch Program. Employment will begin on June 9, 2026, and end on August 1, 2026. This is a seasonal, full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week, which may include early mornings or late afternoons. The hourly rate is $18.00. Key Roles (Essential Job Responsibilities): Enter and maintain all data for the Boys & Girls Club Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)
FDACS Summer Break Spot into a database. Communicate inbound and outbound calling with site aides, monitors, supervisors, and other program personnel as needed. Process account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the site supervisor for resolution. Enter data by alphabetic and numeric information on the keyboard according to the screen format. Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. Organize and file documents received from site personnel. Required Skills: Organization, Typing, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Phone Etiquette, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence, Analyzing Information, Results Driven. Open Requirements/Supplemental Information: Ability to type 45 w.p.m. or more. Must be 18 years of age or older. Two years of experience in data entry work. Must pass background screening on a local, state, and federal level as required by the State of Florida.
