Care Worker – Edinburgh s West Lothian Pay: £26,832 - £29,121 per year pro rata (depending on experience/qualifications) Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Day, Evening, Weekend, with optional overtime Company: Primecare Health Ltd Do you want to make a real difference every day? Primecare Health Ltd is seeking caring and committed Care Workers to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or supported living settings. Our goal is to create a safe, fulfilling, and independent life for every client. What You’ll Do: Support daily routines, including personal care, meals, and medication. Encourage independence and choice for each service user. Help individuals engage with community activities and appointments. Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues. Maintain accurate care records and follow individual support plans. What We’re Looking For: A kind, patient, and compassionate nature. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous care experience is a bonus, but full training is provided. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends. SVQ Level 2 in Health C Social Care is desirable but not essential.
