About Hand Over Hand LLC

At Hand Over Hand, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we partner with families to empower children with autism and developmental disabilities. Our work is deeply mission-driven: we're here to make a difference in the lives of children and their communities.

Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and purpose-filled. We celebrate the growth of our team, of our families, and of ourselves. If you're passionate about early childhood development and want to do meaningful, hands-on work that truly changes lives, you'll feel right at home here.

Why This Role Matters

This isn't just a BCBA role; it's a leadership opportunity inside a dynamic, child-centered classroom environment. As a Clinical Supervisor, Center Program, you'll blend clinical excellence with on-site team leadership, ensuring children receive individualized, data-driven ABA services while helping Behavior Therapists and RBTs grow into confident, skilled clinicians.

You'll serve as the clinical anchor in an ABA therapy classroom located within a partner childcare center, overseeing treatment integrity, staff development, and classroom operations, all while promoting ethical, compassionate care.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead clinical care: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, and ensure programs are individualized and measurable.
  • Shape future clinicians: Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
  • Build clinical excellence: Ensure staff implement programs with fidelity and progress toward RBT certification within required timelines.
  • Drive data-based decisions: Analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data to refine programming and guide treatment outcomes.
  • Strengthen classroom systems: Oversee daily classroom operations to maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
  • Support families and teams: Collaborate with parents, childcare staff, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure consistency across environments.
  • What You'll Own & Elevate

  • Conduct FBAs, skill assessments, and ongoing treatment evaluations
  • Develop and update treatment plans, reports, and authorization documentation
  • Provide real-time clinical supervision aligned with BACB standards
  • Deliver structured staff training and competency development
  • Monitor session conversions and documentation completion
  • Track staff certification timelines and professional development
  • Promote ethical practice, confidentiality, and compliance standards
  • Who You Are

  • A clinically strong BCBA who enjoys mentoring and developing others
  • Comfortable leading in fast-paced, child-centered classroom environments
  • Skilled at balancing clinical decision-making with operational oversight
  • A confident communicator who provides clear, constructive feedback
  • Calm, ethical, and solutions-focused, even in high-stress situations
  • Passionate about helping both children and staff grow
  • What You Bring

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff
  • Experience working with children with ASD in early childhood or classroom settings (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, training, and staff development skills
  • Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: Based on experience and credentials.
  • Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, sick time, and more — because caring for our team is just as important as caring for our clients.
  • Clinical leadership role: Shape programming, mentor staff, and influence outcomes.
  • Professional growth: Ongoing learning, CEU opportunities, and leadership development.
  • Mission-driven work: Your expertise directly supports children's progress and independence.
  • Collaborative culture: Work alongside passionate clinicians and supportive leadership.
  • Purpose & pride: Be part of a team committed to quality without compromise.
  • Ready to lead, mentor, and make a meaningful impact every day? Join Hand Over Hand LLC and help build a classroom where children and clinicians thrive together.
