Our goal is to offer quality products and services and to strengthen our team in Estavayer-le-Lac, we are recruiting immediately or by agreement: 100% Your main missions Organize the planning for the assembly staff in Estavayer-le-Lac and our branches Receive incoming calls from the external sales service, identify customer needs and agree on interventions with the clientele Manage the adjustments for ongoing projects, namely identify the work to be done and schedule appointments for our assembly service Manage non-conformity cases, namely identify needs and process cases in our internal X procedures Contribute to and coordinate the teams for our clientele Your profile Experience within an SME X in the field of awnings, construction (construction site and/or within a management company), good command of tools, French language (or level C1) Comfort with telephone contact with the clientele Solution-oriented approach Dynamic, open personality We offer A position within an experienced, proactive, and passionate team A 40-hour week over five and a half days (off on Friday afternoons) Possibility of teleworking Minimum 23 days of vacation per year, all guaranteed Fribourg public holidays, 16 weeks of leave, 2 weeks of paid leave at 100% A family-run company culture focused on quality A workplace close to the Estavayer-le-Lac train station Parking for all, subsidized lunch for employees jidaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
