More about the team
As a Kitchen Fitter, you'll be hands on every day removing old units, installing new kitchen cupboards, worktops, sinks and appliances, and making sure everything is fitted safely and securely. You'll follow simple plans and instructions, check what the customer needs before you start, and work with other trades like plumbers or electricians when needed. You'll keep basic notes about the work you've done, look out for any problems or safety issues, and use tools safely. Full training is provided, so as long as you're interested in kitchen fitting or carpentry and willing to learn, you'll be supported to build your skills and do a great job for our customers.

More about you
You'll need some basic hands‑on experience with kitchen fitting or carpentry whether that's from school, college, DIY or similar and you should feel confident using simple hand tools, following health and safety rules, working both independently and with others, and communicating well with customers. You'll also use basic IT to update job details, and because you'll be driving a company van, a full driving licence is essential. It's even better if you've worked in social housing, have any formal carpentry training, understand safeguarding, can spot other property issues, or are happy to support other trades when needed.
