High earning potential!
Needed FT: Monday - Friday,
Hours: M-T 8-5pm, Fridays 8-3p
Patient age demographic Under age 21
Daily patient volume High volume - high pace office
Key Highlights:
Location: Atlanta, GA
Patient Base: Pediatric care, 99% Medicaid with 1% other payors
Work Schedule: 4-5 days/week, open to Saturdays, if interested.
Technology: Modern office with digital equipment
Compensation and Benefits:
Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000
Guaranteed Minimum: $800-1,100 per day (depending on experience) - for 90-days
Production Bonus: 30-35% of adj collections (based on experience & specialty); including hygiene codes
Full-Time Employee Benefits:
Additional Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice Insurance
Long-term Employment: Possible future ownership available
Relocation package: up to 5K
Student Loan repayment: 10K / year (New Grads)
Candidate Requirements:
Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding a Georgia dental license.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating children.
