*About the Role*
We’re seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Training Lead and Trainer to lead hotel management companies through the successful adoption of the HIA Software ERP platform, a hotel-specific ERP. This role owns the full implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through go-live and stabilization. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers. You will manage timelines, scope, initial system configuration, and user training while serving as the primary point of contact for customers. You will ensure that the implementation and integrations team is on track with the project timeline, and readjust customer expectations where necessary. Success in this role requires strong project management discipline, deep comfort with ERP systems, and solid accounting and financial reporting knowledge. You’ll partner closely with finance, analytics, and technical teams while working directly with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and long-term platform success. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends project management, ERP implementation, financial reporting, and customer training.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Project Management & Client Leadership*
* Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
* Serve as the primary implementation lead and escalation point for assigned customers.
* Manage multiple concurrent client implementations while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.
* Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to protect timelines and launch dates.
* Partner cross-functionally with onboarding team, reports team, analytics team, sales, and technical teams to deliver a coordinated implementation experience
*ERP Implementation & Accounting Systems*
* Configure the HIA ERP system to align with customer accounting structures, workflows, and reporting requirement
* Oversee accurate migration of property, financial, accounts payable, property management systems(PMS), Point of Sales systems(POS) and, when applicable, payroll data
* Validate format of historical data file imports, pms/pos files to ensure accuracy for importing as well as new requests to the integration team.
* Advise customers on ERP best practices and optimal use of accounting and financial management features
* Coordinate and support third-party integrations, including PMS, POS and ISV solutions
*Reporting, Analytics & Financial Insight*
* Understanding of how financial statements, operational reports, and analytics dashboards are created
* Develop KPIs, charts, and executive-level reporting using hospitality-specific performance metrics
* Support customers in using ERP data to drive informed financial and operational decision-making
*Training and Ongoing Support*
* Lead structured training sessions for end users and customer stakeholders to ensure system adoption
* Develop and maintain implementation documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge resources
* Provide post-implementation support and guidance to ensure ongoing customer success
* Support pre-sales activities by contributing implementation and accounting expertise when required
* Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the Hotel Investor App Implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency, or enhance our technical capability.
* Provide excellent client service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Any additional administrative duties as assigned by the department manager
*Education*
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
* Equivalent professional experience in ERP implementation, accounting systems, or business analysis may be considered in lieu of a degree
* ERP certification (e.g., _Acumatica Certified Business Consultant_ or certifications from Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Sage, etc.) is a plus
*Technical Skills & Experience*
* 2+ years of mid-market ERP implementation, business analyst, or power-user experience (e.g., Acumatica, Sage, Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and ERP-based accounting systems
* Hands-on experience with ERP configuration, data design, reporting, customization, and end-user training
* Experience managing data migrations, system integrations, and ERP configuration.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word and presentation tools
* Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
* Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a strong plus
*Physical Requirements:*
* Ability to maintain a stationary position for extended periods.
* Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.
* Ability to attend work and meetings, either virtual or in-person, with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Pay: $77,346.13 - $93,148.02 per year
