Tasks
In this position, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and secure CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for AI/ML workloads. You'll leverage your expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform to manage highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure/AWS. A core part of your role will involve integrating Application Security (SAST/DAST) and AI Model Security best practices throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring our AI solutions are resilient against threats. You will also work with Python and MLOps Frameworks to streamline the deployment and management of machine learning models, always keeping an eye on Monitoring & Observability to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud security, or platform engineering within enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows and MLOps architectures.
  • Hands-on experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and securing containerized AI workloads.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud security services.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and secure configuration management.
  • Experience with vulnerability management and security scanning tools.
  • Solid understanding of modern software architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to risk, compliance, and governance.
  • Experience working in international project or team environments.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (limited frequency).

This position can also be filled on a part-time basis.
