We are hiring a reliable Warehouse Worker for our Durham, North Carolina facility. This position involves a variety of essential tasks to support our distribution operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize products within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all company Safety rules and guidelines.
- Wear all required PPE diligently.
- This role involves considerable physical activity, including regular Lifting.
- Understanding of basic Logistics procedures is required.
- Emphasis on Safety is paramount in all duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow all Safety regulations and wear PPE.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics is beneficial.
