Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision for shipment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is highly desirable.
- Capacity for physical work, including regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of workplace safety.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and schedules.
