We are seeking an organized and diligent Receiving Clerk for our facility in Miami, Florida. This position is critical to the efficient operation of our warehouse and plays a key role in our logistics flow. Your main responsibilities will involve unloading incoming shipments, accurately verifying contents against purchase orders and invoices, inspecting goods for any damages, and recording all received inventory within our system. A strong focus on accuracy and an unwavering commitment to Safety are essential. This role requires the ability to perform tasks involving physical exertion, including regular Lifting, and necessitates the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will be part of a collaborative team, ensuring that all incoming products are handled with care and processed promptly. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently are highly valued. Prior experience in a receiving or inventory control position, coupled with familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), is preferred. We foster a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log all incoming inventory.
- Verify shipments against relevant documentation for accuracy.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Update inventory records in real-time using the WMS.
- Stage received items appropriately for storage or distribution.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe receiving area.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE throughout the shift.
