We are looking for a dynamic Fulfillment Associate to join our San Francisco, California team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving incoming goods to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This position requires a keen understanding of warehouse operations and logistics, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and speed. You will work with various warehouse technologies and be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and record-keeping.
- Ensure all orders are packed securely and correctly for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, and moving for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
