Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to assist with various tasks within our distribution center. This role is essential to our logistics operations, contributing to the efficient receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely.
- Must wear provided PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to workplace safety.
