We are hiring an Order Picker to join our bustling warehouse team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are selected according to order specifications and with great attention to detail. You will utilize scanning equipment and potentially operate electric pallet jacks or order pickers to retrieve items from various warehouse locations. This position is fundamental to our logistics process, directly impacting order fulfillment accuracy and speed. Key duties include identifying correct product codes, quantities, and locations, as well as packing items securely for transit. The ideal candidate is energetic, possesses excellent spatial awareness, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
