We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This is a general warehouse role where you will contribute to various aspects of our operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your hard work and dedication are crucial for the smooth functioning of our logistics department. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the unloading and receiving of incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
- Load and unload trucks for outbound shipments.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required, such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting.
- Ability to perform Lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics is helpful.
- Strong awareness of workplace Safety.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
