We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to support our growing e-commerce operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, directly impacting customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a **safe** and productive work environment. This position involves hands-on work, including **Lifting** and moving packages, and requires adherence to all **PPE** guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow **safety** procedures and wear assigned **PPE**.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Meet productivity targets for order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Support overall warehouse **logistics** operations.
- Regularly perform **Lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform **Lifting**.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and **PPE** usage.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** and shipping procedures.
