Join our expanding logistics team in Jacksonville, Florida, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks essential to our supply chain, such as receiving and unpacking goods, accurately stocking inventory, picking items for orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. A strong focus on teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are paramount. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, and we provide thorough training for all new hires in our logistics processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in unloading and loading of merchandise.
- Accurately receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Place inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
Requirements:
- Physical capability for frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory flow.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures in a logistics setting.
