Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Baltimore, Maryland! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the efficient operations of our distribution center. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to our **logistics** process, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and preparing shipments. **Safety** is a core value, and we expect all associates to be vigilant in following **safety** procedures and wearing **PPE**. This position requires physical stamina, including regular **Lifting**, standing, and moving throughout the facility. - Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Follow all **safety** guidelines and wear assigned **PPE**.
- Perform **Lifting** and carrying of packages up to 40 lbs.
- Support the overall **logistics** flow of the distribution center.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is helpful but not required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform regular **Lifting**. Understanding of warehouse **safety** protocols and **PPE**. Basic **logistics** knowledge is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Must be reliable and punctual.
