Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required for certain duties).
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent handling and storage practices.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse environment.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Support shipping and receiving departments as needed to ensure workflow continuity.
- Participate actively in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets and contribute to logistics goals.
- Uphold our commitment to operational excellence and efficient logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50-75 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation and safety procedures is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
