We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing logistics operations in Boise, Idaho. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, and implementing improvements to our inventory control processes. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is essential, as is a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and operational teams to ensure that inventory data is precise and reflects the physical stock on hand. Responsibilities also encompass ensuring proper organization, labeling, and storage of all inventory items. This position requires a commitment to safety, including adherence to all warehouse protocols and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. While the role primarily involves record-keeping and analysis, some light lifting may be required. The ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment is important. Your contributions will directly impact our supply chain efficiency, helping to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
