Join our fast-paced warehouse environment as a Forklift Operator in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are looking for experienced and safety-conscious individuals to manage the movement of goods within our distribution center. This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are moved efficiently and safely from receiving to storage and shipping. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks, to load and unload trucks, move pallets, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. Safety is our top priority, and all operators must strictly follow established safety procedures and guidelines. Proper use of PPE is mandatory at all times. This position involves significant lifting requirements, often involving items that weigh up to 70 lbs, and requires excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of safe forklift operation, a valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one), and a strong understanding of warehouse logistics.
