We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to **safety** regulations. Your leadership will guide a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include managing inventory control, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. You will play a critical role in the **logistics** chain, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and develop your team. You will be responsible for training new employees, conducting performance reviews, and enforcing company policies, including **PPE** usage. While direct **lifting** may be minimal for supervisors, you must be able to demonstrate proper techniques and be capable of assisting your team when needed, potentially lifting up to 50 pounds. A proven track record in warehouse management and a deep understanding of warehouse operations are essential.
