Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in the vibrant city of Orlando, Florida! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately and efficiently.
- Pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Pack products securely for shipment, using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company standards.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations through diligent work and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial, but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and comfortable with manual labor.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety and logistics principles.
