Join our innovative logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Portland, Oregon! This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking products from inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and verifying order details. Maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping the workspace organized and hazard-free are also key components of this position. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment goals and uphold our high standards of operational excellence. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to tasks. We believe in empowering our employees through comprehensive training and opportunities for growth. Your contribution is essential to the seamless flow of goods through our distribution network. We emphasize strict adherence to Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided to all staff. This role requires physical engagement, including extended periods of standing, walking, and the capacity for Lifting items up to 50 lbs.
